Ingredients
400g strawberries
25ml peach schnapps
Prosecco
Method
Place the strawberries in the freezer until frozen solid.
Put around 4 – or however many will fit – into a champagne flute.
Pour in 25ml of peach schnapps, then fill to the top with chilled prosecco and serve.
For a creamy twist, add a scoop Ice Cream to the bottom of your champagne flute before pouring.
