Today I read an amazing thing. If you happen to have an open bottle of prosecco from the night before in your fridge (I know, leftover prosecco, what is that), then you can revive the bubbles by dropping a single raisin into the bottle. Leave it to refizz for a few minutes then you are good to go! Apparently the remaining bubbles stick to the raisin and then release into the wine.
